Very disappointed on this visit and we will consider NOT going be back.
This was our 4th visit to your restaurant in Werribee in the past 4 months as we loved your delicious meals, great service and value for money meal.
Tonight we dined at your Werribee restaurant and were absolutely disappointed and wondering if there's been a change of ownership or management. The level of service was very poor as it took so long for some one to take our order and provide basic cutlery when it finally did arrive. The food I have to say was very good and plentiful. However, when we went to pay for the bill we were SHOCKED to see that the corckage charge was $20 for 1 bottle of wine AND the owner had decided to add a $3.50 TIPPING FEE!!!!. without our permission!!!!, I am very upset by these circumstances and would expect some form of compensation for such an appauling customer experience.

Had another great experience whilst dining here tonight. There was Kiran she was lovely and very courteous and Julia was a delight. Her infectious smile and bubbly character kept us entertained and served us with perfection. Food was great.
